
At school today they had a literacy parade. Each child chose a book and did some sort of project that described the characters or a scene from that book. The whole school marched around the building while the 6th grade band from the middle school played. It lasted about 15 minutes and it was a perfect event.




Jacob chose the book
Jack Plank Tells Tales by Natalie Babbitt. He drew some pretty great pictures.
Joshua chose the classic tale
The Authori- tative Calvin and Hobbes.
