Family fun

Fun with cousins
We all LOVED having Daddy around.
Aunt Alexia spent a good amount of time increasing her position as most favored aunt.

Grandpa, Issac and Samuel.

Beach Fun II

A few days into the vacation Jonathan and Christian bought a inflatable boat for the kids to use. Jennie had the great idea to tie a rope on the front of it to keep the kids close to shore and also give them a chance for a fun ride!

Jacob loved the smores!

Beach Fun

Andrew had fun with all of his cousins

We built a huge sand castle!
And finished just in time to see the tide
come in and wash it away.

Samuel enjoyed eating the sand.

Beach views II

We put a swimming pool on one part of the deck for the litle kids to enjoy some warmer water.

It was a fun place to read scriptures in the evening.

Making smores on the beach was a highlight for the younger kids. The kids wore sunglasses in order to not have their eyeballs melt while melting the marshmellows.

Views of the beach

The beach was awesome, we were right there, twenty feet away.

The kids could wake up in the morning and head on out with one of the uncles.

Or one of the aunts

We also loved sitting on the big deck overlooking the ocean.

Sea Creatures!

Take a peak at this full grown crab!

If you look hard there is a crab in all that seaweed.

Sand pails make the best crab habitat.

Jacob found this stingray in the tidal pool.

Sea Creatures

One of the greatest parts of the Sagamore beach was the abundance of sea creatures. Every day there was something new to see and every creature was more exciting than the last.

Hermit crabs were some of the easiest things to find and catch. Joshua said that it felt good when the pinched. The adults seriously wondered where these children came from.
